All puzzles ship from Portland, OR, USA. Shipping cutoff time is 12 pm PT (3pm ET).

Delivery times vary - Value and Economy Shipping are generally 2-8 days depending on delivery location. Other shipping options have delivery times shown on the checkout screen. Generally, for USPS ground advantage, time of delivery is 3 to 5 business days depending on US location.

International shipping is dependent on carrier. Shipping charges, customs and duties are included in shipping cost at checkout.

If you mix and match pre-order brands puzzles in a single order, your shipment will be held until all pre-order puzzles in that order have arrived.
